From Selinsgrove, take Route 522 west for 10 miles. Turn left at the Middleburg Post Office for one block.
From Lewistown, take Route 522 east for 32 miles. Turn left on Charles Ave for one block.
From Mifflinburg, follow Route 104 south for 10 miles. Turn right at the Middleburg Post Office for one block.
From Mt. Pleasant Mills, take Route 104 north for 6 miles. Turn left, follow Route 522 to the Middleburg Post Office and turn left for one block.
